Used to work across the street which was dangerous for me - too much spitfire! Still get it fairly regularly nowadays. Plenty of vegan options if you’re not up for a taco but can’t go wrong with the vegan taco - two usually fills me up!! Lots of vegan sides and I love that everything is explicitly labeled. Usually get food from here or the Marblehead location depending on whose wait is shorter!🌮🌮

We get them for delivery and they have never faltered! Clear options and their Brie taco (vegetarian only!) is also delightful.

- refried beans

We weren't super impressed with the cauliflower taco, the cauliflower was pretty bland, but they are also amazing about allergies and I really enjoy the quesadilla, the rice and beans main, and the refried beans. I have a newfound cilantro allergy that they were just fantastic about, so I'm a fan.
Pros: Decent vegan options , Allergen friendly, Inexpensive

I shared the vegan rice and bean platter, vegan sweet potato & cheese quesadilla, and the cauliflower tacos. I love that they have vegan cheese. The beans were so flavorful and the quesadilla was incredible. This is my new favorite Mexican place in Salem!

Plenty of explicitly vegan options including a vegan taco (they're big, two is usually enough for me - roasted cauliflower, kale, grilled red onion, refried pinto beans, salsa verde, flour tortillla), vegan quesadilla, vegan refried beans as a side, and a massive vegan rice + beans plate. They also have vegan chorizo as an add-on. Beyond just having vegan options, they're GREAT and well-developed vegan options with a lot of flavor rather than some hastily thrown together "option" on the side.

It is mostly a take-out counter with extremely limited seating but there is a park around the corner if you want to eat outside.
Pros: incredible food, fair prices, lots of vegan options
