Not all that - Edit
We ordered a piece of Lasagna with two salads and a Euro burger with fries. The Lasagna was quite good but we had to wait for 20mins to get the burger. The place is packed with people and we were sitting inside, and could see one of the

I’m sure the staff would think the same. Maybe air your issues at the back where all the costumers can’t see you!
Anyway, the food is nice and the curries etc look good, but when it’s rush hour and everyone is coming for launch you better be ready for a lot of noise and maybe even waiting for long period of time for the burger or dosa if that’s what you ordered.
And lastly, the biggest issue is that no one wore gloves. We saw the staff touch the food with their bare hands and suffice to say that’s unacceptable.

Plenty of delicious options, limited seating - Edit
Reminded me of Short Eats in Woden, ACT which serves great Sri Lankan food. Vege Rama has a wide range of hot food options that changes daily, as well as fabulous salads and desserts (including mousse cups and cheesecake). Busy at lunch but the queue moves fast and while there is limited seating the tables open up frequently. Recommended!

Great for a grab and go lunch! - Edit
This find features a nice array of curries, salads and other dishes. They are packed full of flavour and really yum!! If I worked in the city I would definitely frequent this spot. Prices are good too! Only con is the amount of plastic packaging that gets used.

Friendly staff, great food - Edit
I stopped by VegeRama, just as they were closing. They were good enough to bring back out the salads so I could grab some for takeaway. I also managed to get some packaged up dhal and rice. And a raw vegan tart for dessert!
Read moreThe dhal was exceptional! So tasty! The salads were also really fresh and yum. I enjoyed the tart and was grateful to have an option that was sugar free and healthier than the more traditional desserts. Although I noticed they had other, richer cakes as well.

Amazing Indian food!! - Edit
My sister is allergic to garlic and onion and enjoys vegan food so organized to pick this up for her birthday. The servings were huge and unlike northern Indian food, these dishes were filled with fresh crunchy vegetables!! And the flavour is Indian but not overwhelming.
Read morePros: Totally vegan and allergies catered for, Friendly service , Múltiple locations
Cons: Difficult to order to pick up

Rich Malai Kofta! - Edit
I can’t believe it had taken me this long to eat here. Vegerama is fantastic. The food tastes great, prices are reasonable and there are so many choices to choose from.
Read moreI had a curry with Malai Kofta and the Thai Massuman. The Malai Kofta was the real winner and I’d recommend that to anyone. The Massuman was nice, but a bit more watery than I liked and tasted weak compared to that amazing Malai Kofta!
They even have a dessert range, but I didn’t try them out.
My only complaint is their opening hours makes them only available to tourists and people working in the city. I’d come here constantly if I could

Fantastic Dosa, curries and salads - Edit
The Dosa was amazing, light and airy, not greasy and very tasty. I had two dals with it, that were also good. The salads look good, with lots of different options. Yogurt pots, deserts and a vegan pumkin frittata also look good.

CBD Vegan Restaurant! - Edit
Have had a few meals here over the years, they are always a delight! Especially when working in the city and having the convenience of a all vegan restaurant!
Read moreMost recently stopped here with my Mother (Non Veg) for morning tea, we only ordered some chocolate cheesecake (picture) and kombucha’s. She was very impressed with the taste and that it was all made with plants😄
The cheesecake was really good, the almond crumbed base really balanced out the sweetness of the cheesecake and made for a great all round morning tea!

The lasagna is the biz! - Edit
Had a craving for lasagna and this spot did not disappoint. Hearty and tasty and treated myself to a slice of vegan cheesecake for afters.
