The best! - Edit
Went here twice while in Brisbane. First time I had the bacon and egg sandwich and my partner had the pancakes. Both were fantastic. The next time we shared the big breakfast. Beans were lacking in flavour a bit but everything else was spot on.

A brilliant experience that wasn’t just the delicious meals but customer service, relaxed venue and even a general knowledge car game to keep us entertained. Loved it and will definitely return to work my way through the amazing menu!

I had the Angry Moo burger with a PB&J smoothie. Very good, very filling and worth the price. I would highly recommend anyone to come by for some vegan eats.

Favourite place on earth - Edit
Honestly my favourite place to go. It is on the other side of town but looking at the array of vegan grocery items, while also being able to sit down and indulge in some of the best Western Vegan food I've tasted is an absolute delight. I recommend the salt and pepper tofu fingers and the cheesy tomato gnocchi (which isn't a permanent menu item unfortunately, I am thinking of starting a petition)... If you can, definitely make the trip!

This is a cafe/vegan Superette.
Read moreMore of a fast food options rather than wholefoods but still delicious.
A little bit pricey but I think that is to do with the mock meats.
Very good personal service, and usually good vegan products on special.
A must see for the Brisbane vegan.
Pros: vegan, lots of snacks and treats, good for non vegans
Cons: expensive

Try the MocMuffin - Edit
I can't help but order the same thing every time I visit the Green Edge because it's just so good. The bacon and egg mocmuffin is absolutely insane - the best hangover food ever and like a much better version of what I remember McDonald's mcmuffins to be. I think they sell the 'egg' in-store (check the Asian products in the chest freezers) and they are the most convincing replica of an egg I've ever tried. (It even has a yolk!) Plus, there's a hashbrown on it and who doesn't love those?

it's just ok - Edit
I don't know why people rave about this place. Yes it's great to go somewhere and have the Entire menu vegan but the quality of food is so so. I've been there at least half a dozen times, for breakfast lunch and dinner and I've never had a meal that was more than average.

I absolutely love The Green Edge! The food menu can be a bit hit and miss, but you can't go wrong with the burgers! The satay tofu burger is heaven, plus the convenience of being able to do a cheeky vegan shopping trip while I'm there is fantastic.

I make a point of revisiting this cafe every time I am in Brisbane. It's great having a wide variety of savory and sweet options to choose from as well as a range of refreshing and/or indulgent drinks. It's always worthwhile looking around the store section as well for some special vegan goodies to take home.

one of my favourites!!! - Edit
I went here years ago and it was just some groceries and smoothies - then it revamped and moved and became so good! great menu listings and a variety of drinks. I really enjoyed having French toast, salted caramel again etc. Also grocery store with large range and some baked goods. So much to choose from! I even got a vegan neenish. Staff were helpful. Worth returning to try different menu items.

Brilliant Vegan Store - Edit
This is one of the best vegan stores I've ever been to. They have a huge selection of mock meats and cheeses and stock both local and imported products. I tried the Fenn smoked sesame cheese which was delicious and picked up some of my favourite Linda McCartney burgers and Alter Eco quinoa chocolate. I wish I'd had time to eat at the cafe.

A Lovely Little Shop - Edit
I had the first mocha I'd ordered since going vegan here and it was the most decadent I had ever had. The pancake I ordered was simply scrumptious; the warm nutterscotch sauce nearly sent me to heaven.
Read moreAside from the food, the staff were full of smiles, seemed genuinely happy to be there, and were very helpful and accomodating.
The best part, however, was being able to eat delicious food and then stock up on all the goodies they offer in their store. It was a wonderful experience all round.
